This week is Children’s mental health week.
The butterfly room interest table is set up to support children to understand and identify their own emotions using emotion stones, mirrors and books.
Every morning and afternoon the children come together for key person time. They are encouraged to talk about how they are feeling and put their face on one of the emotions in their key group areas.
