Any combination of the following sessions can be taken for 51 weeks of the year, excluding bank holidays. Hourly rate £6.30.

Breakfast

8am to 9am = 1 hour childcare and breakfast = £7.88

Morning session

8am to 1pm = 5 hours = £36.96 includes breakfast, snack and a hot lunch

Lunch

12pm to 1pm = 1 hour childcare and a hot lunch = £9.98

Afternoon session

1pm to 5pm = 4 hours = £27.50 includes snack and a light tea

Tea

4pm to 5pm = 1 hour childcare and a light tea = £8.40

Up to 570 hours a year can be taken, either:

All year 12 hours a week over 48 weeks - (please note this equates to 576 hours and will be capped at 570 hours)

9am to 12pm - 3 hour funded session + £0.20 snack

1pm to 4pm - 3 hour funded session + £0.20 snack

9am to 4pm - 6 hour funded session + £10.38 which includes morning and afternoon snack, 1 hour childcare and a hot lunch

The remaining 6 days and 6 hours will be charged in line with the 2-year-olds in box above.

The remaining 6 days and 12 hours will be charged in line with the 3- and 4-year-old fees in box 2.

Term time 30 hours a week over 38 weeks

9am to 3pm - 6 hour funded session + £4.08 for morning and afternoon snack and a hot lunch per day (five days)

If your child becomes eligible for two, three or four year old funding, we will review the sessions and fees with you. Please note that eligibility criteria apply for two year olds (Free for Two) funding and for the extended 30 hour entitlement for three and four year olds.

Oaks Day Nursery charges a £20 registration fee to any family assessing paid for sessions. This registration fee is a non-refundable payment. This payment must be paid when you accept your place.

Oaks Day Nursery charges a £20 deposit to parents accessing the 3 & 4 year old free early education funding only. This deposit will be refunded at the end of half term or within six weeks.

This fee will be non-refundable if your child does not take up their place or leaves the setting before headcount week.
